Returns & Exchanges

How to return a product:

• We now offer free UK returns, if for any reason you are not happy with your London Brogues purchase please use the form and label enclosed in your parcel to return your item back to us.
• All returns must be unworn and in the original packaging.
• Don't forget to obtain proof of posting.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected by a member of our team you will be notified via email of your refund. This will take no longer than 7 days.
• If you receive a discount, you will be refunded the price you paid only.

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange your purchase please just pop a note in with your return and we will arrange this for you.
