How to return a product:

• We now offer free UK returns, Please refer to your order confirmation email, click view your order and then select request a return, a return label will be emailed to you once your return has been approved.
• All returns must be unworn and in the original packaging.
• Don't forget to obtain proof of posting.
• We cannot be held responsible for returns not received if a proof of postage is not obtained. 

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected by a member of our team you will be notified via email of your refund. This will take no longer than 7 days.
• If you receive a discount, you will be refunded the price you paid only.

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange your purchase please just pop a note in with your return and we will arrange this for you.
